Hockeysockpuppettheatre now has original cartoons available for anyone who wants them. That same cartoon that (hopefully) made you laugh, with that odd collection of talking socks, can now be yours.

Hockeysockpuppettheatre has been part of The Hockey News family since 2002 which translates to roughly 250 cartoons available for adoption (you have to feed them).

During that time we’ve covered pretty much anything and everything the sport has to offer. Like Alex Ovechkin? We have cartoons about him. Sidney Crosby? That too. In fact the jokes run the gamut: Mark Messier; Wayne Gretzky; Tre Kronor; Drug Testing; Mario Lemieux; Don Cherry;The Salary Cap; Brian Burke and even Oprah! Nothing has been off-limits. Some of these cartoons are already hanging on the walls of such luminary figures as Bill Daly, Dick Pound and Matt Duchene.

If you have a favourite, request it. If you don’t, simply ask about the subject matter and I’ll tell you what we have available. Remember, these are the original one-of-a-kind cartoons so once they’re gone, they’re gone.

What You Get:

The cartoons are roughly 13″ x 6″, hand drawn in pen and ink on Bristol, perfectly suited for framing.

They make a great gift even if you’re giving one to yourself (no need to feel guilty about that).

THE DETAILS:

Original cartoons are available for $75 per plus $5 for shipping and handling. They can also be customized with a short message and signed. Payment can be made via an email money transfer or by cheque, check or Czech (if he clears Immigration).

The cartoons will be sent via mail in protective space-age wrapping. Shipping times, of course, will vary depending on where you live. Rush orders can be arranged if needed.
